WELL CHILD CHECKS
We at Southside Pediatrics feel it is as important to follow the development and growth of children as it is to address illness. We like to see your child at scheduled well child checks and encourage you to make such appointments in advance. SICK VISITS
If your child is ill, or you are concerned and have a question, please call. A nurse or doctor will discuss the situation with you and, if needed, a same-day sick visit will be made. There are also sick visit hours on Saturday mornings 9am-noon.
CONSULT APPOINTMENTS
There are occasions when a concern will require extra time to address (such as a complex medical issue or a behavioral problem) These more in depth “consult” appointments are best arranged in the later afternoon so your child will receive the attention and time warranted. Please schedule such appointments in advance.
PRENATAL VISITS
We are happy to meet with expecting parents and new patient families. Please call and request this complimentary visit.
